We’re heading into the weekend with more unwelcome warningsof heavy rain, thunderstorms, and possible flooding. Go to nyc.gov/notifynyc to receive updates from the Office of Emergency Management.
Looking to more welcome things, we’ve got Red Hook Open Studios& Community Cinema, coverage of the GCC’s work with rain gardens, universal composting, Alternate Side Parking is suspended through Monday, and Wednesday’s our Full Board meeting. I could write and rant a bit more, but it would boil down to a recommendation that you read the rest of this email and find information more welcome and useful than the preceding paragraph.
Whether you find it neither welcome nor useful, I hope you stay safe and have a great weekend.
