Big News: CRN Has Joined the Contexture Family!

We’re excited to share that CRN is officially part of the Contexture family.

18 months ago, CRN’s parent organization, Quality Health Network (QHN), affiliated with Contexture. Now we’re taking the next big step to bring you even more value and support.

As part of this exciting transition, CRN is getting a fresh new look including an updated logo, colors, newsletter, website, and platform interface. While the visuals may change, rest assured: CRN remains the same award-winning, team-based service coordination platform you know and trust.

Your Voice Matters —

Be Part of the CRN 2026 Winter Collaboratives

We’re excited to invite you to the CRN Winter Collaboratives, our seasonal gathering where network partners from across the regions come together to strengthen community connections and advance our shared goals.

Our Collaboratives are designed to bring together the CRN Network Partners from across the region to work toward our common goals:

  • Boosting community-wide health through enhanced communication and care coordination.
  • Learning from and about our Network Partners—their programs, resources, and how best to engage them to support client and patient needs.
  • Providing community-level leadership that encourages and supports the effective use of the CRN.

These meetings are an opportunity to connect, share insights, and collaborate on strategies that strengthen our collective impact. Your participation and perspective are essential to this work!

If you are an active CRN user, you will receive a calendar invite via email for each Collaborative in your region. Please accept it if you would like to attend. You may also RSVP by emailing crn@contexture.org and telling us which collaborative you would like to attend.
