A New Sincuidados Website
A Site in Sync With The Community's Upscale Living

Sincuidados has launched a new website, Sincuidados.org, which blends new online features with a sleek, modern look full of professional videography and still photography. 

“Since October, the Communications Committee has met weekly, sometimes twice a week, to build the new site,” said HOA Board Director and Communications Committee Chairperson Keith Yaskin. “Our goal was to create something in sync with our community’s upscale living. I’m also proud we worked with professionals who live in Sincuidados and donated their time to provide important creative elements such as striking photography.”
The new site includes two sections: one available to the public and one exclusively for homeowners. The public-facing homepage displays video showcasing the community's homes and amenities such as Lone Mountain. Another public-facing page focuses solely on Lone Mountain. This includes a wildlife slideshow and a map that lights up a hiking trail when clicking on the trail’s corresponding name. 

“The site is built with a content management system called Wordpress,” Keith said. “No site is perfect. It will always be a work in progress. However, Wordpress will allow us to make an already great site into an even better one moving forward. We can update and adapt the site when needed. We can even add new pages. I’m already receiving ideas for the future.”
The section only for homeowners requires people to log in and provides access to a dashboard. The dashboard can quickly lead homeowners to upcoming events, the latest editions of The Sincuidados Scoop and a page for submitting design review requests. Other pages allow homeowners to reserve the courts and clubhouse online and learn about the board and committees. On the directory page, homeowners can update their information and add both profile and background photos and a bio similar to social media channels such as Facebook. 

Even after homeowners log into the site, they still have access to the pages for the public.

Go to Sincuidados.org. Click the Login button in the upper right corner. See the image below.
Click on "Forgot password?" See image below.
Enter in the email address that the HOA has on file. See image below. You then should receive an email with instructions on how to create a password. Your username is always your email address.
If the HOA has a different email address on file or doesn't have your email address, your might receive the message "Invalid email or user doesn't exist." See image below. Only if you receive this message, click "Create account."
Then fill out the information on the Register page. See image below.
You then should receive an email explaining your account is under review. See image below.
Later, you should receive an email explaining the HOA approved your account. See image below. Then log in with your email address and password.
