As the holidays draw closer, it is the perfect time to reflect on the moments and connections that resonated the most. Over the past few months, I have been meeting with many of you to hear about your experiences in our division and how we can improve. What I hear left me inspired and dedicated to keeping the momentum we have achieved going into the new year.
