It’s Friday in Denver.
Which means somebody is currently paying $2,400 a month to live next to a train, a Subaru with expired temp tags just cut across three lanes, and at least 14 people are dressed for completely different seasons.
Beautiful city. No notes. ❤️
Meanwhile, Little India is also behaving strangely.
🎷 DOWNING has live jazz tonight from 6:30-9:30 PM because apparently we’re a jazz club now.
Come eat curry while talented musicians create an atmosphere significantly classier than this email.
🌙 6TH AVE is open 24/7 because at some point somebody looked at normal restaurant hours and said:
no ❤️
Dinner? Yes.
Midnight curry? Yes.
2:17 AM naan because your evening took a concerning turn?
We don’t judge.
🏙️ CENTRAL PARK is over there doing Central Park things.
Very composed.
Very civilized.
Probably already found parking.
Honestly, we just let them do their thing.
And then there’s me.
The marketing guy.
Whose job is apparently to take all of this and turn it into a normal restaurant email.
I cannot.
I’ve tried.
So instead I’m just reporting the facts:
Downing is jazzing. 🎷
6th Ave has rejected bedtime. 🌙
Central Park is being Central Park. 🫡
Denver is Denvering. 🏔️
And I am somewhere staring at an email campaign wondering how this became my career.
Anyway.
Come eat.
We have curry.
Denver has… whatever the hell Denver has going on.
See you this weekend. 🍛💀
