The Week Ahead

March arrives with a roar as the Daytona Beach region welcomes riders for the 85th Bike Week. With visitors filling our roadways and businesses, let’s all remember to drive carefully, look twice, and extend a little extra patience. A warm smile and friendly attitude make a lasting impression that lingers long after guests return home.

Take a moment to review the March events below and secure your spot today. We’ll kick off the month with our Eggs & Issues Membership Meeting featuring presenters Sheriff Mike Chitwood and Daytona Beach Police Chief Jakari Young. The discussion will focus on community safety and its direct connection to business success. Don't miss this important discussion!

This month’s Business After Hours also happens to fall on St. Patrick’s Day, making it the perfect opportunity to mix networking with a touch of festive fun. We hope you’ll join us for a lively evening of connections and celebration.

Our 2025 Annual Report is now available, highlighting a year marked by strong advocacy, record engagement, and meaningful collaboration to enhance our region’s business climate and quality of life. From the Members Supporting Members initiative and a dynamic events calendar to impactful public policy efforts, leadership development, and a successful CEO transition, the report reflects how businesses, community leaders, and Chamber staff worked together to move our region forward. Access the printable version or explore the interactive flipbook online.

Wishing you a fantastic start to March!

What We're Working On

A Behind the Scenes Look at the Work of the Chamber

Daytona Regional Chamber Volunteers Gear Up to Welcome Riders to the 85th Bike Week Event

Nearly 50 volunteers will man the Bike Week Welcome Center Tent over the course of the week-long event that runs February 27 - March 8, 2026. The tent is located on the west end of the Daytona Regional Chamber's parking lot and has hours from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. from Friday to Friday, with a final shift from 9:00 a.m. - noon on Saturday, March 7.

Bike Week draws hundreds of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts from across the United States and around the world for a week of riding, racing, rallies, vendors, concerts, and street festivals. For its 85th edition, riders will be celebrating not only the milestone anniversary of the event itself but also the 250th anniversary of the United States and the 150th of Daytona Beach. Our fabulous Welcome Center volunteers are the smiling faces that connect visitors with everything that they need to know from the Pocket Guide with AMSOIL Treasure Hunt, to the Official Bike Week poster, to commemorative coins, to help with a dinner recommendation.

Many people don't realize that the Daytona Regional Chamber has a key role in the operational planning, marketing, community outreach, and coordination with local and national partners. Bike Week’s importance to the region’s culture and economy is sizable and the event unites riders of all ages and backgrounds and to showcase the best of Daytona Beach’s hospitality and lifestyle.
