It is Time to Start Planning
Spring and summer are popular times for home repair projects to begin, but there is a lot of planning and coordination that starts months prior! We always recommend homeowners begin their project planning process a season or two ahead of their estimated project start date. For spring and summer projects, it is a good idea to start contacting contractors and gathering estimates throughout the winter season. If you receive estimates and are interested in our low-interest loan program, make sure you allow approximately a month or two for the application process.
