It’s a new week, a new month and, yes, the last month of the year. What are those dreams and opportunities you wish to take advantage of? What is keeping you from doing them?

It is so easy to procrastinate, wait until the right moment, until we are in the mood, the risk of failure is not so great, or whatever our excuse of the day is.

The problem is that, like Black Friday, Cyber Monday or going to an old fashioned garage sale, those that hustle and get there early have the pick of the bargains. While those who wait until close to the end get what is left over, the things no one else wanted.

The business owner who gets the product to the market first, receives first mover advantage and, many times can charge a premium price. Those who wait until everyone is in the market are taking less risk but usually have to fight those who got there first and are now known names and must price at or below the competition.

It is amazing what making a decision combined with a little hustle can do.
