Psychiatric Symptoms on the Ovarian Hormone Roller-Coaster

British Medical Journal and Cambridge publish issue on the impact of ovarian hormone fluctuations on women’s mental health across the lifespan, including puberty, the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. It highlights critical gaps and calls for sex-specific approaches in reproductive psychiatry and hormone-informed mental care.

Travel Award Applications are OPEN!

The APSARD Travel Awards provide financial support to attend the scientific program at the 2026 APSARD Annual Conference in San Diego, CA, January 15-18, 2026.  

Travel Awards are granted to trainees (e.g., graduate students, residents, clinical psychology interns) in mental health fields (typically psychiatry and psychology but not exclusive to these areas). 

To submit a travel award nomination you must submit a poster!

Deadline to apply is Thursday, September 18th.

To submit your application for a travel award. Please first submit a poster. Should you be eligible, you must select “Student” on the poster form. Once you have completed the poster form, you will then be redirected to the Travel Award Application Form. Complete the second form to complete your application.
