"Kimberley Akimbo is a story about finding acceptance and happiness in the face of adversity. The aesthetic of the show leans into the grotty reality whilst also exploding into joy as the characters emerge and become themselves. It’s a truly heartfelt piece. Working with City Theatrical we were able to include elements that would transform the space, adding extra detailing and giving a sense of excitement in ways the audience would not expect. "
