In The Know

Pavilions

Leave the pavilions better than you found them. It is ok to move the furniture, but you must put it back. It is ok to have gatherings, but confetti, sticky tables, and trash should be cleaned up.

The Association does not have on-site maintenance and porter services. We only have janitorial 3x a week during pool season. They are responsible for regular cleaning - not rearranging furniture and after-party cleanup. This is an extra charge, which is paid for by your Assessments.

Remember, the fireplaces require a remote to work. The office is trying to figure out a solution so residents have access. They currently do not work and will not be repaired until a residential access solution has been confirmed.

Housekeeping Reminder: Please only sign up for this newsletter once. If you change email addresses, unsubscribe the old email. Remember to update your Association email if the situation applies. The Association pays by the number of emails subscribed. Duplicates will be deleted if they are found. Your address is required and profiles are verified periodically. If your information cannot be verified through the account or PDK information, you risk being unsubscribed. These emails are meant for current residents and the board.

Update Profile Instructions can be found on the Lifestyle page.

Sandbox Border: The log and stone border will be installed soon. The weather has caused delays. Please do not use the sandbox if it has been taped off. This is for your safety.

Have a street light out? Please report directly to Oncor. The Association does not own any street lights within the community. The FAQs has detailed instructions on how to report. Please use Ctrl-F and search "street" to quickly find the information.

Townhome Service Area Reminder: The Association mows and edges your front yard. The contract does not include anything else. This means but is not limited to: weeding, beds, trees, shrubs, irrigation, mulch, plant/sod replacement are your responsibility.

It is wasp season! If you see an active nest, please report it. Check under tables before you sit! Several have been discovered and treated.

Pool season: Remember, no alcohol, no smoking of any substances, no glass, no pets. Limit guests to 6 per household. It is ok to tell people they have to use their own fob. If your fob is not working, please contact the office. Do you have a current lease on file? Is your HOA account current? These are two common issues.

No wheels in the pool area: The pool deck is not meant for this and they can cause damage. Only walking feet permitted, please. There are two bike racks provided at the Amenity Center.

Don't have a fob? Be sure to fill out the amenity waiver. If the information is not complete, a fob cannot be issued.

Fobs are processed at least twice a week. The office is trying to process more often. Please check your Spam folder for an email from ProDataKey with the instructions on how to complete the process. The email is no-reply@accounts.pdk.io and will be named ProdataKey Cloud Systems. This link will expire in 72 hours, so it is important to check your email and Spam. You are welcome to email the office if you need access sooner. The office will process everything as quickly as possible.

Sand continues to be placed in the water fountain. The Board has stated the fountain will be removed if this does not stop. The water fountain is for drinking only. Bring baby powder to remove sand from skin. Do not wash hands in the fountain or sinks. Do not allow children to play in the water fountain.

Help with Umbrellas Requested: When you are ready to leave the pool and others don't appear to be waiting for the umbrella you were using, please bring the umbrella down. This will prevent them from flying away during the strong winds we experience. Damaged umbrellas are not being replaced at this time. Let's make them last as long as possible!

Metal furniture in the pool damages the liner, as well as the furniture. Do not place any furniture in the pool.

Please review the rules for the pool and the amenity center before you make plans. Also, check the weather! If there is lightning nearby, the pool will not be open until it is safe.

Did you know....?

Street parking in Emory Crossing is regulated by the City of Hutto and Fire Marshal. Please be mindful of where you park. Avoid parking in front of other's homes and on both sides of the street. The Association can regulate the alleyways and fire lanes. Parking is prohibited at all times within them.

We have fire lanes within our community. Look for the posted signs.

Your vehicle will be towed at your expense.

Per Texas Transportation Code, blocking the sidewalk is a violation. This prevents residents of all abilities from safely accessing the sidewalks. Pull all the way into your driveway. Utilize your garage for your vehicle over storage. Remember, our hail storms can be quite violent, so protect your investment.

Please slow down. Our speed limit is 30 mph. Remember, there are a lot of children and pedestrians in the neighborhood.

Speeding is not saving you a significant amount of time. Seconds, at most.
