Fairmont Pacific Rim Pop Up Patio

From June 1 through August 27, Fairmont Pacific Rim’s award-winning culinary team, in partnership with Westbank, will introduce Vancouver to a first-of-its-kind concept, uniting a selection of Vancouver’s most celebrated Michelin Guide-recognized culinary talents for a six-week pop-up at the Pac Rim Patio.

For every feature chef dish sold, a portion of proceeds will be donated to the BC Hospitality Foundation.
