We are aware of a system issue impacting student’s residential card access. Our Deacon OneCard team is working as quickly as possible to address the underlying issue and expect full resolution in the next couple of hours.
Students with an immediate need for residential access should call 336-758-1949 to have their access reinstated manually. If you do not have an immediate need for access, we thank you for your patience and understanding as we aim to serve those who do first.
We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and we will provide an update once full resolution has been implemented.
