Behind every successful organization are the dedicated individuals who work tirelessly behind the scenes, and at BEAR, we are incredibly fortunate to have an amazing team! Tina, our Financial Coordinator, ensures our resources are wisely managed. Jacob, our Grants and Donor Database Manager, secures crucial funding. Alexis, our Volunteer Coordinator, orchestrates our volunteer efforts. While their efforts often remain behind the scenes, their impact shines brightly at the forefront of our mission!

Have you ever wondered how you can make a profound difference in the lives of children in foster care? Did you know that when a child is legally available for adoption, it is state law that they must have a photo taken once a year? Imagine being a child in the foster care system for many years who is available for adoption and who has to take their annual photo with little to no results. This can be an incredibly sad moment for the child. Our team believes it is important to create a meaningful experience for these children and provide them with a photo they can be proud of.
