Greetings Senior Parents:

Our final newsletter after 4 years of friendship, teamwork, commitment, goal setting (& achieving!). We are at the finish line. Our kids graduate tomorrow! We are proud of this class of students and their families.

We begin with Graduation & Grad Night info, then a recap of Senior Week and Grad Week, then so many thank you's that we added a section for that!

Here are other items of note:

Borrowed books & laptops: please return them to the book storage!
Extra Yearbooks for Sale: If you did not already purchase a yearbook and would like to do so, we have some extra books available to sell! To purchase a yearbook, please bring a check written out to Miramonte High School in the amount of $115 to our finance technician, Veronica Erickson, in the Counseling Office.

Graduation

Attire: Please be prepared for high temperatures and strong sunshine!

Agenda:

4:00-4:15 PM Students: arrive and line up at the library (please drop your students off and/or carpool!). They can pick up their graduation lei at this time, if applicable.
4:00-5:15 PM Guests: Gates open to let people onto the field (no early entry, no exceptions)
5:30 PM Graduation ceremony begins
6:30 PM Graduation ceremony concludes

Those with Mobility Needs:

Handicap parking is first come, first serve for those with Handicap Parking Placards, (the spots go quickly)
Drop-off is behind the cafeteria at the Golf Cart Tent
Golf carts will transport those with mobility needs from the tent to the field and back.
Seating for those with disabilities/mobility needs fill up. Please come early. One family member may sit with guest.

VIP Parking auction winners:

Thank you again! Please plan to arrive on-time and bring your certificate!
VIP spots are released once the ceremony has begun and the volunteers depart (5:30 PM).

Memory Boards: Please be sure to take your student's Memory Board home after graduation.

Livestreaming: Yes the ceremony will be livestreamed/recorded here

Graduation ceremony photos: you can order them here after the ceremony and once they are uploaded.

Grad Night

Event Schedule:

5:30 - 6:30 PM Graduation ceremony

6:30 - 7:00 PM Quick photos, change into comfortable clothes/shoes (no bags/backpacks allowed), head to the Senior Lawn, and grab a snack

7:00 PM Check-in begins, buses begin loading

7:15 PM Check-in concludes, buses depart

8:00 PM - 1:00 AM Grad Night Event

1:45-2:00 AM Buses return to Miramonte
