HONORING 250 YEARS OF FREEDOM
As we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States, this Fourth of July is more than a day of fireworks and celebration—it's a time to reflect on 250 years of courage, sacrifice, resilience, and progress.
We honor those who fought for our nation's independence and the generations who have continued striving to uphold the ideals of liberty, equality, and justice. As we commemorate America's Semiquincentennial, ADOMA wishes you and your family a safe, joyful, and memorable Independence Day.

ADOMA 2026 EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE IS ALMOST HERE!
We're just weeks away from the ADOMA 2026 Education Conference, taking place July 23–26 at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada!
This year's theme, "Live the Legacy," celebrates the generations of professionals who have helped shape ADOMA while inspiring today's leaders to build upon that foundation for the future.
We're also excited to welcome keynote speaker Shari Pheasant, who will present "Live the Legacy: Leadership That Outlasts the Leader." This engaging 90-minute keynote will provide practical strategies for strengthening culture, accountability, and leadership.
Registration is now closed, and we're excited to welcome attendees for four days of education, collaboration, and professional development dedicated to advancing and empowering professionals throughout the automotive industry. What an exciting time to be alive! We are witnessing a monumental milestone for the United States of America. This July 4, 2026, our young nation celebrates its 250th anniversary. Think of all the triumphs and turmoil our countrymen and women have experienced while building this nation over the last 250 years...
I am incredibly proud of ADOMA. Founded in 1956, ADOMA is celebrating 70 years of service. Women working in a male dominated industry came together to create a support network that would provide the education and knowledge they needed but often did not receive from their employers...
This year's ADOMA Educational Conference, held in Las Vegas, Nevada, from July 23–26, marks a changing of the guard and the beginning of a new leadership year. We currently have Board positions open for: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
