Marble Capital is actively providing both preferred equity and common equity for ground-up multifamily projects and acquisitions in its target markets, primarily across the Sunbelt. The firm aims to place over $500 million in new investments this year.

In 2024, Marble Capital invested $530 million across 37 multifamily properties in 20 U.S. markets and since 2016, the Marble team has worked with over 100 unique development and operating partners to provide $2.6 billion in equity solutions.
