While email correspondence has served us well, we know many alumni are more likely to open a text message faster. With Constant Contact’s latest feature, we believe this will be an added bonus in communicating with our metro Atlanta alumni. We know you have questions, and here are some answers below.
How many text messages can I expect to receive?
No more than 5 text messages per month (chapter meetings, etc.)
Do I need to Unsubscribe from receiving emails in Constant Contact?
No. Recall you will receive a maximum of 5 texts per month
while email correspondence is sent most frequently.
However, we wish you to keep both. As always there’s no
obligation, and you can Unsubscribe at anytime.
What if I signup to receive text messaging and change my mind? Can I opt out?
Yes! There’s no obligation and you can opt out anytime.
Will there be a “Quiet Time” or time period of not receiving text messages throughout the day?
Yes! Quiet Time starts at 8PM. No texts will be sent after this time.
