THIS WEEK IN HOUSTON

July 1–5, 2026

Happy Fourth of July!

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing holiday weekend or a few cultural adventures between cookouts and fireworks, Houston has plenty to offer. This week’s calendar features live music, film screenings, gallery receptions, community events, dancing, and a family-friendly Independence Day celebration at Bayou Bend.

As always, please confirm details directly with venues, as schedules and information can change. External links are included with every listing and are required for event submissions. If you submit events to MUSED Houston, update your bookmarked URL: musedhouston.com/events/community/add/

Thank you for helping keep MUSED Houston accurate, current, and community-driven.

See you out and about.
