Help Grow Our Community!
Spread the Word About the BTC
The Bay Treasure Chest is powered by community spirit — and you help make it happen every week. By inviting your friends, family, and neighbours to play, you help support 15 local non‑profit partners who strengthen our community in so many ways.
Here are some of the ways your weekly play helps support people and programs across your community:
- community halls and gathering spaces,
- seniors’ supports,
- youth programs, theatre, and outdoor learning,
- trail and environment stewardship,
- community transportation,
- Lions Club initiatives and local food bank support —
- all while giving everyone a chance to win!
A quick share or friendly reminder can make a big impact. Together, we can keep the good things growing right here at home.
Want to help even more? Share the fun! Let others know they can play by visiting any of our retail locations or by checking where to find Bay Treasure Chests on our website.
Together, we can keep the good things growing right here at home.

Toonie tip:
Stay Sharp(ie)!
Did you know that the ideal marker for printing your BTC number is a black ultra fine point Sharpie marker? That's the one we used for the bottom sticker in this photo. As you can see, the number is easy to read—unlike the three stickers above it.
Each chest has an ultra fine point Sharpie marker attached, so you’ll always have the right tool on hand when you’re writing your numbers.
When the computer scanner can't read a sticker, our volunteers do their very best at deciphering, but they would much rather leave the handwriting analysis to those legal dramas on TV.
Using an Ultra‑Fine Black Sharpie works best for those small yellow circles… and trust us, our volunteers will thank you!

.
Wait! Have you checked these numbers?
The numbers shown here are unregistered, and unregistered numbers cannot win.
Please check these numbers and ask your BTC-playing friends and family to take a look too. Some numbers are played week after week, with no prospect of winning. We'd like to help those players.
If you're playing one of these numbers, please email or call us at 902-222-8560.
Phone calls always go to voicemail, so please leave a message, and we’ll get back to you between Monday and Friday.

🐾 Roll Over Rolo
Our Featured Model!
Meet Rolo, a one‑year‑old dachshund who made his snowy trip from PEI to his new home in Nova Scotia — a memorable first adventure that may be why he’s one of the few dachshunds who doesn’t mind bad weather!
Rolo is full of energy and loves to chew on anything he can find, but he’s surprisingly wise about what not to chew. He enjoys lively play fights with his big brother Doug, a 12‑year‑old Dachshund/Pug who takes his puppy antics in stride. And when Rolo finally wears himself out, he settles right in for some top‑tier snuggling.
From snowy beginnings to playful days at home, Rolo brings a whole lot of joy, humour, and heart to his family — and now to the Bay Treasure Chest community.
Got a pet who’s ready for their moment in the spotlight?
We’d love to feature them!
Please send a rollover picture, a standing or sitting photo, and a few fun details to info@baytreasurechest.ca.
