In honor of Women’s Herstory Month, the Building Branches from the Inside Out Initiative is offering a special session on leadership development:

5:45 pm - 7:00 pm PDT, 7:45 pm - 9 pm CDT, and 8:45 pm - 10 pm EDT.
Please join Inside Out Field Facilitator, Nikki Abeleda, MSW in this learning session.
Using the Leadership Compass Self-Assessment by Be the Change Consulting, WILPF members will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, deepen appreciation for other WILPF members’ and activists’ leadership and work styles, understand the need for a variety of work styles, and learn qualities to develop to be stronger leaders.
Participants will be able to connect with other WILPF members and learn more about WILPF’s Inside Out initiative to strengthen branches. A new cohort of branches will be starting a round of sessions soon; watch for information in the eNews on when and how branches can apply.
