The 2020 assessment bills were mailed out on December 20th, 2019 and were mailed to owners notice of mailing address. While the assessment due date is January 10, 2020, due to the delay in the mailing we will not be assessing late fees until February 1, 2020.

CSA Board Committees Seek New Members
|
|
Participation on one of the 11 CSA Board Committees is an outstanding way to get involved in considering and seeking resolution of issues that come before the CSA Board during the year. Each CSA Board Committee is seeking one or more new members for participation in the 2020 calendar year.

Christmas Tree Drop-off Locations
Sea Pines property owners may drop off their live (non-artificial) Christmas trees in the neighborhood debris drop off locations between December 26th and January 12th.
Please note- ALL lights and decorations must be removed from the tree before drop off.

Tree Trimming Along Beach Walks
- Tree trimming work will occur along Beach Walks #29, #31, #32, #33A, #39, #40, #41A, #42A, #43A, #44, #45, #46, and #47 from January 8th to January 10th.
- Beach Walks #11, #12, #15, #16, #17, #18, #19, #20, #21, #22, #23, #24, #25 and #26 will undergo tree trimming work from January 13th to January 16th.
- Intermittent closures of the beach walks will be necessary during this work.

Road Reconstruction Project: Phase 2 of Greenwood Drive from Governors Road to Plantation Drive
- Storm water work will continue next week on Greenwood Drive, weather permitting. Flag persons will be present as needed to control traffic with alternating single lane closures in the designated work zone.
- Asphalt work will take place next week near Lake Forest, weather permitting. Temporary lane closures will be necessary during this work.
- Due to the nature of this work, traffic patterns will be altered during the next two weeks. Expect additional delays. Use Ocean Gate to avoid delays.
- Please observe and obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices.

Lighthouse Road Project
- Drainage, road work and curb repairs continue next week, weather permitting..
- Minor traffic delays are expected while work is taking place.

Sandhill Crane Road
- Drainage maintenance and repairs will be taking place on Sandhill Crane Road during the next few weeks, weather permitting.
- No lane closures will occur during this work.

Commercial Vendor, Relative and Long Term Renter Decal Renewal In Progress
|
|
CSA is now accepting applications for 2020 Commercial Decals, Relative Decals and Long Term Renter Decals. The 2020 decal will be required for entry into Sea Pines effective January 27, 2020.
Please note this
does not
include property owner decals.
