Photo Privacy

We understand that buyers may occasionally request that listing photos be removed for privacy or personal reasons.

Listing photos, however, are an important part of the property’s historical record and serve as valuable data for appraisers and real estate professionals. Maintaining this information in the MLS helps support accurate valuations and preserves the integrity of the marketplace for everyone.

Use the Private Photos feature to set your photos to private in 3 quick steps:

Check the photos that should be private
Tap "Mark Private"
Save your changes

With the photo privacy feature, all photos remain visible in the MLS (an important component for historical comparables). Private photos will not be included in the Collaboration Center or on any data feeds.

PrimeMLS Invoices and Receipts

Looking for your payment history and receipts for tax purposes? We're here to help! All of your individual and office payment receipts can be found by logging onto your PrimeMLS dashboard:

Once logged into your PrimeMLS Dashboard, click Member at the top.
Navigate to My Account and click History.
You can use the Select Year drop down to search for the payments you made, which are categorized as doc type "P".

You can click on the blue link to open the payment receipt and print or download as needed. Each payment has its own receipt. You will not be able to view all payments for the year on one document. Please note: Quarter 1 is billed at the end of previous year, so you may need to go back one year to see the Q1 payment for the current year, usually billed in November.

What's New in Paragon?

We’re excited to introduce an upgrade to Listing Maintenance in Paragon Connect: Auto Recovery is now available for listings that have already been saved, including partial and published listings!

Your work now saves automatically as you go, no extra clicks required! If you’re logged out unexpectedly or your session times out, your latest updates are backed up and ready when you return. That means no starting over, no lost progress, and no unnecessary interruptions. Just pick up right where you left off and keep moving.

What does this mean for you?

Auto Recovery Every Few Minutes: Once you begin editing a listing, any changes you make are automatically backed up every 2 minutes.
Seamless & Silent: The recovery process happens quietly in the background — no action required, no interruptions.
One Recovery Per User Per Listing: To maintain data integrity, only one unsaved revision is stored per user per listing. If multiple users edit the same listing, the most recent recovery will overwrite the previous one.
Smart Cleanup: Once a listing is successfully saved, any existing recovery file is removed to prevent outdated data from being reintroduced.
Secure Restoration: If unsaved changes are detected, you’ll be prompted to review and either apply or discard them, but only if you’re the original editor of the recovery file.

When you attempt to edit a listing, the system will first check for any unsaved changes from a previous session. If a newer recovery file is found, you’ll be shown a Recovery Review Page before entering the listing form.

If no recovery is found or the listing has more recent updates, you’ll proceed directly to the listing form as usual.

After launching the Pending Tracker in early February, we received valuable feedback regarding its impact, particularly the Paragon Professional pop-up experience. While the feature was implemented to proactively highlight listings under contract for five or more months, we recognize it created friction for some customers. As part of our ongoing commitment to our customers, and based on your input, we have reversed this change and the pop-up no longer appears in Paragon Professional.
