Next week is the holiday of Tu B'shvat when the Jewish community celebrates “the New Year of the Trees.” As we lean into themes of growth, renewal, and enjoying the fruits of hard work, we are thrilled to share with you the launch of our new brand and website!

When building our website, we wanted to highlight the most important part of our work: the people, connection, and sense of community we strive to foster.

As we’ve grown as an independent organization over the last 18 months, we’ve also developed new offerings in response to community needs such as workshops, speaking engagements, and consultations to help support your organization’s efforts to foster psychological safety.

Our June Educators series was a smashing success. So we're doing it again! Big thanks to the Association of Reform Jewish Educators and The Jewish Education Project for hosting this second cohort of awesome Jewish educators!

Creating Healthy Jewish Workplaces

In this series, participants will gain an understanding of psychological safety in the workplace, explore universal themes around respect and equity through a lens of Jewish wisdom, and receive tangible tools to bring back to their community.
