WHAT HAVE I BEEN UP TO?

PHOTOS WITH SANTA

I had another wonderful year photographing the real Santa Claus at WPRC’s Breakfast with Santa! I have blessed to photograph this for three years and am always so filled with joy to photograph these precious kids with Santa!

ANNUAL PHOTO SHOOT SPOTLIGHT and who's who

These two sister have hired me for family photo shoots for a handful of years. One sister is a teacher at Dommerich and also the daughter-in-law to Susie Teague (my daughter's first-grade teacher whom we adore) They have an extra large entourage this year since Melissa (the other sister) became engaged. She is the Winter Park Public Library's Executive Director.

WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

I recently photographed a 50th wedding anniversary. Fun fact: I did the couple in the top right corner's wedding in the early 2000s and we also were able to double dip and shoot her son's senior pictures in the same shoot!

REAL ESTATE

I wanted to give a quick shout-out to Gould + Keller Williams Winter Park for being my longest client in the real estate world. I always enjoy our annual shoots! These sessions allow Lisa and her team to get what they need for marketing for the upcoming year! I completed the work on our photo shoot and I had so much fun seeing these fabulous ladies, catching up, and capturing their best look!

ASTRID FEENY- AUTHOR

I recently photographed Astrid Feeny. She is a Junior in high school and turns 17 this coming March. She and her family have been my clients since her mom (Ingrid Thieler Feeny) moved back to town about 3 or 4 years ago.

Astrid is a co-author of this book she is showcasing in the image below. I bought a signed copy from her after our shoot this past week and she wrote, “To my favorite photographer” which was so sweet!

Coco Knows Best

Coco Knows Best was started by 2 moms who created sensory bins for young kids. Their sensory bin products combine hands-on learning with a fun, engaging theme that encourages children to explore textures, practice fine motor skills, and develop creative play. Coco Knows Best began with a simple goal: to enrich playtime and ease the challenges of keeping young children engaged. Whether you're looking to introduce sensory play at home, in the classroom, or as part of therapeutic practice, Coco Knows Best is here to make learning an adventure.

What is a sensory bin? These are bins that encourage sensory play. This involves activities that stimulate a child’s five senses—touch, sight, sound, taste, and smell—encouraging exploration and discovery. Sensory play can benefit a child by improving cognitive growth, motor skill development, language development, emotional regulation, focus and attention, and social skills!

I met Chloe Case when she was a nanny at All Saints Church for 2 children as I do their preschool photography. She always loved my pictures in their house. She decided to follow me and become a client; the rest is history! I am so thankful for her support, and I am glad to be able to give her small business support in return!

My Availability the Last Few Weeks of 2024!

While you have extended family in town for the holidays, now’s the time to book with me! Here is some of my availability for the last few weeks of 2024 for headshots, family or extended family shoots, engagements, and so on!

Monday, December 16: 11 am, 11:30, noon slots available.

Also available for a 4pm, 4:30 or a 5pm shoot start time (sunset is at 5:32pm)

Friday, December 20th: 10:30 am on

Saturday, December 21st: 3:30 pm till 6:00 pm

Sunday, December 22nd: available for a 9:30, 10, or 10:30 shoot depending on where.

I also have a 12:00 or 12:15 shoot available as well as a 3:30 shoot available.

Monday, December 23rd, 11 am-1 pm shoot times available.

Thursday, December 26th: Available for shoots after 1:45 pm

Friday December 27th: wide open

Saturday December 28th: wide open

Sunday December 29th: wide open

Monday December 30th: wide open

Tuesday December 31st: wide open
