Payments can be made with no fee via Zelle at (512) 740.5133, Cash App at $MsSay62, or Venmo at @cynthia-sayles. Credit card payments can be made, but will incur a 10% processing fee.

Airfare:

Group round-trip airfare rates for (20 people) have been secured from Austin, Texas. To secure your spot on this flight, your airfare is included in the trip price. Flight arrangements can be made from other locations, but may result in a change to the total trip price.

Lodging:

Group lodging rates for (20 people) have been secured for this trip at the Hampton Inn Magnificent Mile, Chicago. Rooms can accommodate up to 4 people. Total pricing will vary based on the number of occupants per room.

Transportation Fees:

Round-trip airport transfer fees are $60 per person and are included in your total trip price. I will make sure to secure transportation to and from the Presidential Center at a later date. This cost is not included in your total trip cost. Other transportation options include Uber, Lyft, or a taxi. These fees are additional and are not a part of this package.

Ticket sales start in May 2026, and I will purchase tickets as soon as possible. Your $30 ticket purchase price is included in your deposit amount.
