Looking Ahead

You’re Invited: Living Stations of the Cross This Holy Week

As we enter into Holy Week, we invite all school parents to attend the Living Stations of the Cross, presented by the 8th grade class, on Wednesday, April 1. There are two presentations, 8:30 for K-3rd grade and 1:30 for 4th-7th grade.

Holy Week is the final, solemn week of Lent, observing the last days of Jesus's life from his entry into Jerusalem to his resurrection. It spans from Palm Sunday to Holy Saturday, with the central focus being the Easter Triduum (Thursday-Saturday). It is a time of reflection, prayer, and commemoration of the Passion.

Our staff and students have been preparing for Easter Sunday with a special Lenten prayer at the end of each school day, attending Stations of the Cross weekly, and learning about Holy Week in religion class. This is an important and special time for us as Catholics and we pray that your family will participate in the liturgical celebrations we have been preparing for on Good Friday, Holy Saturday, and Easter Sunday.

Safety Notice: Parents, Please Note

For the safety of our students, please remember that the gym carpool line is blocked from 7:50 - 8:05am or until all students are in the church on Mass and Stations of the Cross days. Please keep this in mind if you are running late on a Mass and/or Stations day. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
