But, are we totally free?
Perhaps, free to roam. But, many are encumbered financially... Stuck in dead-end careers... under-employed or over-qualified for positions offering limited upside potential; tenuous job security; employed by companies in declining industries -- or, waiting to be bought, sold, or down-sized. And, let's not forget ageism -- a real concern in an aging workplace.
