Meet the Board:

Over the years we've added a few new board members to strengthen our internal resources and support. This month's focus is on Taryn Hayes, one of the latest members.

Taryn Hayes is a former VCU Ram and has lived in the Richmond area for almost ten years. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of Recruitment and Pipeline Programs for VCU School of Pharmacy.

Taryn has served on the JobsRVA board of directors since 2020 and has an interest in marketing and social media.

"I decided to join JobsRVAs board because of their ability to connect faith and work. I've always been passionate about workforce development but being able to marry my love for Christ with this organization's mission was perfect fo rme. The work JobsRVA does has the ability to make generational change, there's nothing better than that!"

We are very pleased to have Taryn on the board and love her youthful attitude and desire to serve others.
