Notice of Annual Shareholder Meeting

Casita Colony Recreation Association, Scottsdale, AZ

As prescribed in its Bylaws, the Casita Colony Recreation Association will hold its Annual Shareholder Meeting as follows:

DATE: SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2026

LOCATION: 7702 E. Highland Ave., Scottsdale, AZ

TIME: Coffee and Community starts at 10:00 a.m.

Annual Meeting starts at 11:00 a.m.

SIGN-IN SHEETS: 

Please register at the Welcome Desk, where sign-in sheets have your

pre-printed name and address. You will need to sign in where your name appears.

BALLOTS: 

The 2026 ballot will be provided closer to the annual meeting date.

HOA DUES: 

For residents with an email address, the 2026 Annual Dues Invoice has been emailed by Treasurer Wayne DeBus, and will arrive from the email address casitacolonyra3banker@gmail.com.

For residents without an email address, the Annual Dues Invoice was

hand-delivered in mid-December.

Dues are due January 1, 2026. They can be returned by mail, or placed in the CCRA mailbox at 7702 E. Highland Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85251, or brought to the annual meeting and given to Wayne DeBus.

Dues are late if not received by March 1, 2025.
