Summer’s officially here, and as if that wasn’t reason enough to celebrate, we’ve rounded up a few more.

From events to advocacy to thought leadership, our Chamber community showed up in full force this past year. Whether you joined us at a luncheon, or simply renewed your membership, your support helped build a more vibrant and prosperous Winnipeg for all.

So here's to you, Winnipeg's business and community leaders. Read on for just a few of the highlights you helped make possible.

You Led, Connected, and Grew 📈

With your support, our community welcomed hundreds of new member organizations and thousands more Winnipeggers. That means our Chamber Member Directory is always being updated, so check it out whenever you're looking for a new customer, vendor, or business relationship.

If you're looking for great folks to start with, check out agriculture contractor Penfor Construction, and the Never Alone Cancer Foundation, who provide emotional, financial, and informational support to patients, families, and caregivers affected by cancer.

45 Events, 16 Local Venues, 6,500+ Attendees 💪

Over 6,500 of you attended Chamber events this year - that's an entire Winnipeg Folk Festival Campground! (Next year, anyone?)

Rain and shine, you joined us at local spots like King's Head Pub and Little Brown Jug Brewing Company for our new casual networking series, BizCONNECT.

Plus, you discussed pressing topics with local and national experts like Gary Doer and Hazel Borys in our new At The Table events.

Community, Meet Spotlight 📣

With your support, we celebrated our new office's Open House at Portage and Main, commemorated with our honourary street renaming to Winnipeg Chamber Way and a sweet treat from Chaeban Ice Cream.

We honoured the organizations moving our city forward at this year's revamped Spirit of Winnipeg Awards, including our five Spirit Award Recipients, mode40, FortWhyte Alive, Film Training Manitoba, The Dream Factory and Qualico.

We congratulated 35 new leadership Winnipeg grads (Spots still open for our 2025-2026 program year!)

We amplified your voices at 60 meetings with government and community leaders on your top priorities, including downtown revitalization, affordable housing, and community safety.

Thank you.

Every conversation, connection and policy win was made possible by our members.

Next year is going to be even better, starting off with a refreshed website to better connect you with the networking, thought leadership and advocacy you signed up for.

Check it out here, sign up for our newsletters, and get ready for all-new opportunities to lead, connect and grow in 2025-2026!

Sincerely,

Your Chamber Team
