The project is already moving forward following the first gathering of the plan's Steering Committee on 2/17.
PFAS FISH CONSUMPTION ADVISORY IN LAKE MONONA & STARKWEATHER CREEK
In addition to chloride, other Starkweather Creek substances have been in the news lately: PFAS, the "forever chemicals." Based on recently released fish tissue data, there is now a fish consumption advisory for both Starkweather Creek and Lake Monona. Learn more about these results at dnr.wi.gov.
