National Youth Flag Football |
Youth Pre-K through grade 8 are invited to play flag football every Sunday at Crabtree Field.
Practices are held 1 hour before games each week.
Registration for the fall season end July 30 and the season begins September 10.

Summer Camp

Saline Parks and Rec Kids Camp offers an exceptional program that is fun, flexile & affordable. Campers will experience an action packed program led by trained and enthusiastic staff.
Full week camp registration is already sold out. There are a few single day registrations available.

Kids Camp Monarch Butterflies
Each Summer, Kids Camp finds, cares for and releases monarch butterflies. Our first female butterfly was released recently and we are so excited to see more and more in the coming weeks.
If you want to see the caterpillars, visit the Rec Center lobby!

Family Photo Scavenger Hunt |
This fun family program helps us celebrate National Parks and Rec Month!
Put together a team of your family or friends and throughout July you'll explore Saline, taking fun, silly photos to earn points and earn a Rec Center prize!

Ages 4 - 13
Youth Jujitsu is an excellent program that stresses individual improvement of self discipline and mental concentration. This class will help students improve their strength, flexibility and coordination while learning kicks, punches, falls, forms and much more.
|

Ages 4 - 14
Students will learn forehand, backhand, footwork, serves, volleys and rallies.
The instructor reserves the right to switch a student's class based on skill level.
Students must wear athletic shoes, bring a water bottle and their own tennis racquet.

Enjoy the beauty of summer with Art in the Park and local artist Payton James! Each week, students will meet at a different park in Saline, Pittsfield and Ypsilanti Township to make unique, nature-inspired art. All art supplies are included.

Summer fun at your neighborhood park! Join us for games, sports and more! Bring a water bottle, wear athletic shoes, a fitness tracker and sunscreen.

We are taking baseball back to its roots, no parents, no coaches, no officials, no fee!
All skill levels are welcome! We will provide a framework for rules, but let the kids work through the details on site. A site supervisor will be on hand for safety.
