Welcome New HCANYS Member, Ruby Health!

The Home Care Association of New York State (HCANYS) is proud to welcome our newest provider member, Ruby Health.

Based in New York City, Ruby’s virtual team of care navigators, nurses, and physicians work to amplify Home Health Agency clinical and financial performance by ensuring round-the-clock, proactive support to high-needs patients and CHHA field teams. From daily patient calls to on-the-spot Rx de-prescribing, Ruby's remote care teams can help our member agencies see improved profitability, better performance and more profitable episodic case rate arrangements. 

Led by Nir Katz, formerly of Oscar Health, and Kris Smith, MD, formerly of Northwell, Landmark and Optum, Ruby Health is working with CHHAs in the Hudson Valley, New York City, and Long Island.
