Thank You

The festive season is here, bringing a time to celebrate and reflect on our close-knit community. We want to extend a special thank you to our board leaders and committee members, whose dedication and hard work throughout the year have been instrumental in maintaining the vibrant spirit of Sincuidados. Your commitment to our community does not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for your contributions.

Equally, our three Gate Hosts deserve our heartfelt appreciation. They are the unsung heroes who ensure our daily safety and comfort, making Sincuidados a more enjoyable place to live. As we revel in the holiday festivities, remember to show gratitude to these diligent individuals.

We encourage each of you to consider contributing to the Sincuidados Gate Host Holiday Fund. This gesture is a meaningful way to acknowledge the hard work of our Gate Hosts. Contributions can be made by check to “Sincuidados Gate Host Holiday Fund” and sent to Michael Fenzel, Community Manager, City Property Management Co., 4645 East Cotton Gin Loop, Phoenix, AZ 85040, or left at the Pima Gatehouse in a sealed envelope.

Let’s come together to make this season memorable for everyone who plays a part in our extraordinary community.

Community News - Fall Festival

Our Fall Fest, held on Sunday, October 29th, was a great success, capturing the fun and camaraderie unique to Sincuidados. The clubhouse parking lot was packed, bringing together friends and neighbors in a joyous celebration of the season.

The standout features of the evening were the food and the music by the Street Gordon Band. The organizers did a fantastic job catering to various tastes, contributing to a lively and festive atmosphere.

And let's be sure to mention the outdoor lighting that everyone marveled at, which enhanced the festival's ambiance and added a warm and inviting glow to the evening. It created the perfect backdrop for the night's activities, which included dancing and laughter.

What made the Fall Fest especially memorable was the opportunity to see both old and new faces. It was a wonderful occasion for catching up with long-time friends, making new acquaintances, and strengthening the bonds within the Sincuidados community - a testament to our friendly and inclusive nature.

2024 Budget Reminder - HOA Dues Increase

As we approach the new year, we want to remind you of the upcoming changes to the assessment rate that will take effect from January 1, 2024. As detailed in the draft budget, which has been available for review, the quarterly rate will be adjusted to $750.

This decision, made in the July Board meeting, is a response to our financial challenges and vendor cost increases. It's necessary to ensure financial stability and continued high-quality service within our community. The adjustment also aligns with recommendations from our reserve study, aiming to secure our community's future.

For residents with autopayment agreements set up with banks or financial managers, updating your payment amount from the current $730 to the new rate of $750 per quarter is crucial. This change is essential to avoid any payment shortfalls or administrative complications.

Keep Sincuidados beautiful.

Be kind and courteous to your neighbors.

Please obey our stop signs and speed limits.

We hope these updates keep you in the loop. Stay tuned for more interesting developments, and as always, feel free to reach out with any thoughts, questions, or suggestions you may have.
