Resource Highlight: Teacher Units

Our Youth Services Department offers curated book units designed to support teachers, professors, and classroom learning! Each unit is thoughtfully assembled around a specific topic and can be customized by grade level and instructional needs. Just let us know your students’ age group, reading level, and the types of materials you’re looking for, and we’ll provide a ready-to-use collection of books for your classroom.

For example, staff are working this semester with a children's lit professor at UMaine providing weekly units for their students to look through. Recently they needed a unit about Social Emotional Learning for all ages.
