Compliance Corner

Compliance drives are typically performed every other week. While the day of the week is usually Wednesday to avoid trash day, this is not always the case due to scheduling or weather. A notice can be sent anytime from a regular drive, a Board drive, a resident complaint, or a city complaint.

It is mowing season. Please mow your yards weekly/as-needed.

Please make sure weeds are treated with a post-emergent or pulled by hand. Read the instructions, as there are temperature guidelines for certain applications. Mowing weeds will not fix the issue. It actually helps spread the seeds, making the issue worse, including spreading them to your neighbor's yards.

Trash cans must be stored out of view when it is not your trash day. This is a city ordinance, as well as an Emory Crossing Association rule.

Remember, if you park in the alley or fire lane, you can be towed at your expense.
