Craft Distilled by Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley and his dedicated team at the Distillery, Wheatley Vodka is made in small batches using Harlen’s one of a kind micro-still and a unique recipe of wheat and other grains. Distilled a total of 10 times, triple filtered, and bottled at 82 proof, this artisanal vodka has a clean, crisp, and fresh taste. Harlen has always wanted to make a premium vodka, and knows from experience that wheat offers a delicate and balanced flavor profile. The wheat recipe is cooked, fermented, and distilled seven times on the micro-still before being married with a recipe made from other grains and distilled an additional three times. As Harlen describes it, "This is how vodka is supposed to taste."

They say the best vodkas are tasteless; we say the best vodkas taste good enough to enjoy straight up, like ours. Valentine Small Batch Vodka
SALE $29.99 Reg. $33.99
Our signature small-batch vodka is derived from a proprietary blend of three grains: corn, wheat and barley. We are one of the few distilleries in the world to craft vodka from a blend of grains. Distilled in copper pots, Valentine Vodka is clear and has mild aromas of banana-coconut pudding and pastries with a silky medium to full body and a creamy, peppery spice and talc finish.
Castle & Key Sacred Spring Kentucky Vodka

Greywacke
Marlborough
New Zealand
Sauvignon Blanc
2022
$24.99
95 Points Wine Spectator
Aromas of cassis and passionfruit are first to emerge, with guava, crisp pear and white peach adding a delicious intricacy. On the palate, it is generous yet refreshing, with ripe pineapple and a lime sherbet zing, layered with elderflower and hints of citrus blossom. A classic example of Greywacke’s interpretation of the famous Marlborough style - ripe, textural and scruptious, with the volume turned well down.
Greywacke (pronounced “grey-wacky”)
One of Marlborough’s pioneering winemakers, Kevin Judd’s appreciable career is intrinsically linked with the global path of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Kevin’s personal venture, Greywacke (pronounced “grey-wacky”), was unveiled in 2009, fulfilling a long-held dream for himself and wife Kimberley.
Named after New Zealand’s prolific bedrock, Greywacke was originally adopted as the name of the Judds’ first vineyard in Rapaura, whose soils had an abundance of these river stones. Now living in the Omaka Valley overlooking Marlborough’s striking patchwork of vines, Kevin sources fruit from mature vineyards in the central Wairau Plains and the Southern Valleys.
Alongside winemaking, Kevin’s talent for photography has seen his evocative images appear in countless publications worldwide, and inevitably, take pride of place on the labels of his solo winemaking venture –– the synthesis of his dual passions.

On the palate, medium bodied with flavors of quince, green apple, and quinine. Finishes with a pleasing chalky minerality. We’re finding our whites to be more age-worthy than we anticipated so this can be enjoyed over a number of years.

Il Poggione
Brancato
Rosé
2021
$23.99
Brancato is a rose wine made with 100% estate grown Sangiovese grapes. After the harvest, the must stays in contact with the skins for 24 hours, followed by a long, cool fermentation. Brancato offers red fruit flavors and freshness, a rose with the structure of a young sangiovese.
Chilled Reds:
Sansonina
Evaluna
Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Franc
2019
$17.99 reg. $19.99
Silty/morainic soils with the presence of clay are well-suited soils for Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Sandy soil elevates aromatics and creates softer wines, showing less tannin. The presence of clay allows a balancing act to sand, offering higher extract and color. Vinifying in stainless allows for the fresh red fruits to emerge together with peppery characteristics of the Cabernet duo.
The fresh profile and moderate tannins offer immediate drinkability. With food, reach for a porchetta sandwich, roasted chicken or game birds such as quail. Hard cheeses with age are an ideal exploration with the wine.
Mommessin
Morgon
Cote du Puy
Grand Vin Fin Du Beaujolais
2020
$21.99 reg. $24.99
Combining a deep red-ruby robe and a subtle nose of very ripe black fruits, and even cherry in brandy. A touch of black chocolate slightly toasted can be found in this exceptional wine. A fleshy and racy palate with dense and voluptuous tannins, elegant with great energy and long aromatic persistency.
Morgon Cote de Py has a tremendous ageing potential: This well-balanced wine can age up to 10 years, with the correct temperature and humidity conditions. Best served at between 15°C and 18°C. Morgon Cote du Py pairs well with duck and feathered game dishes. It would also match with ripened cheeses full of character. Let be amazed by decanting this astonishing wine!
Pelissero
Dolcetto D'Alba
Munfrina
2020
$22.99 reg. $29.99
The visual impact is a beautiful purple red very bright. The olfactory analysis reminds of fruit and typical aromas, including red cherry. The taste is a very nice balance among tannins, acidity and alcohol, so that the wine is sapid and pleasant. The aftertaste, slightly bitter, reminds of almonds which is the very typical characteristic of this wine.
BBQ Reds:
Seghesio
Sonoma County
125th Anniversary
Zinfandel
2020
$19.99 reg. $25.99
An expressive burst of aromas of deep dark fruits lead into layered tones of lifted red fruit and a soft, luscious mid-palate. A juicy, vibrant entry with notes of black cherry, black raspberry, fig, baking spice and fresh Santa Rosa plum, is interwoven with supple, textured tannins and acidity on the long, complex finish. Pair well with grilled steak, sausage and peppers with cheesy polenta, and pasta dishes with tomato-based sauces such as baked rigatoni or pappardelle Bolognese. Pairs well with semi-hard cheeses such as dry jack – our favorite is from a local Sonoma producer, Vella Cheese Company – and aged cheddar or gouda.
Edmeades
Mendocino County
Zinfandel
2019
$13.99 reg. $14.99

2019
$39.99 reg. $45.99
