Our original posting for the author event at LaZingara included a donation to a cause we cared about. We ended by removing it and allowing it to be optional so you can decide. So, I hope you will join us, and were not offended by my enthusiasm.

Agatha Whiskey at LaZingara

Join us as we celebrate Agatha Christie with a great mystery- themed cocktail book, Agatha Whiskey by Colleen Mullaney on Sunday October 1st at 4:00pm.

Your ticket will include:

a fixed-price special 3-course menu (including tax and tip)
a complimentary cocktail sample tasting upon arrival
a hardcover book for signing

We will host this event at Bethel's renowned LaZingara.

Book Group with the author!

Author Anthony Marra is going to join our regular Book Group via zoom on Thursday October 19th at 7:30pm!

You may join us in person or via zoom. The link will be provided a couple of days before the event.

Patrick Wild at the Bethel Public Library Thurs. October 12th

Patrick Wild will be at the Bethel Public Library on Thursday October 12th at 6:30. If you missed the presentation at the bookstore, do not miss the chance to learn of Bethel's history from our Town Historian.

Byrd's Books will provide books for sale and all author royalties received for the book will be donated to the Bethel Historical Society to assist it in preserving the town's heritage. (we have books in stock now)
