Water Balloon Dart Board

Jordin and her two boys love playing with their DIY version of this game in the backyard!

What you need:

A large foam board or a stretched painter's canvas
Water balloons
Thumbtacks or tape to secure balloons to the board
Soft-tip darts or blunt-end darts (safety first!)

How to set it up:

Fill water balloons and attach them to your board in a grid or target-style pattern.
Lean the board against a tree, fence, or easel in the yard.

How to play:

Players take turns throwing darts, trying to pop as many balloons as they can in 3 throws.
Assign points to different colors or positions for added fun.

EASY-TO-MAKE SUMMERTIME TREAT

Peach and Honey Yogurt Popsicles

Shelli and her nieces make these every summer, and they love adding fresh raspberries to each mold for an extra pop of color and flavor!

Ingredients:

2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a blender, combine peaches, yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
To serve, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds to release.
