Musical Tickets

Reserve your seat today for a magical evening of music and dancing at Xavier Performing Arts production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella. Reserved seats are available for purchase by visiting our new ticketing agency at the link below.

All seats are $10 and must be purchased online before the show. No activity passes are accepted. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Archbishop Zinkula Installation

Our Archdiocesan Church will welcome Archbishop Zinkula as our new archbishop and leader in mid-October. This is an exciting time for our local Church. We invite your family to participate by joining one or both of the activities via livestream. Archbishop Elect Zinkula will lead a vesper service on Tuesday evening, October 17 at 6:30 PM in the Cathedral. It is open to the public and will be live-streamed. The Installation Mass will also be live-streamed on October 18 at 2:00 PM.

Fall Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent teacher conferences are scheduled for:

Wednesday, October 25th (5:30-8:30)
Thursday, October 26th (5:30-8:30)
Friday, October 27th (8:00-11:00 AM)

Registration will begin Monday, October 16th at 6:00 AM. Instructions were mailed out on Friday, October 6th. Please contact Anne Wallraff if you did not receive an email.

Activities...

All Students Participating in XHS Winter, Spring, or Summer Activities Must Be Registered on Bound

If your student is interested in participating in any extracurricular activities for the winter, spring, or summer seasons (FINE ARTS, ATHLETICS OR CLUBS), parents must register each student via Bound. If your student is interested in participating in multiple activities, please register for each activity.

If your student is considering participating in athletics or cheer, parents must also upload a Physical, Concussion and Permission/Release Form via Bound. These forms will now be uploaded through this process – paper forms will not be accepted in the XHS Activities Office moving forward. You will not need to print a form elsewhere.

Please do NOT upload immunization records - these must be turned in to the school nurse either via hard copy or emailed to kris.naeve@xaviersaints.org

If you can not locate a current physical (and it’s currently on file with Xavier HS), please contact the XHS Activities Office via email at pam.barta@xaviersaints.org.

Regional Volleyball

Xavier Volleyball will open postseason regional play at Xavier on Thursday, October 19 at 7:00 PM against the winner of Decorah/Mason City. Tickets will be sold online via Bound. Tickets are expected to go on sale following first round regional games on Tuesday evening (Xavier has a first-round bye).

Boys Swimming

For all boys who plan to swim at Kennedy this winter, there will be a team meeting on Thursday, October 19th at 6:00pm in the middle IMC at Kennedy HS. This will be for parents and swimmers.

Volunteer & Support

Donations Still Needed for Parent Teacher Conferences

During fall conferences XPX provides meals for the teachers as these are very long work days at Xavier. They are also collecting extra snacks and treats for teachers and staff for "Thankful Thursdays", where we will set out treats in the teachers' lounge as an extra treat for all they do.
