As we approach the end of another busy month, we are taking time to honor some of the hardworking individuals and partners that help us drive positive change in the lives of young people living in Bayview Hunters Point and San Francisco. We share the belief that young people, given access to stable housing, health care, and educational opportunities, can thrive and reach their full potential.
