As we do every year, and as prescribed in VM III’s Bylaws, the Board of Directors will hold an annual meeting. The date is Saturday, February 11, 2023. Coffee and morning snacks will be served at 10:00, and the meeting will begin at 11:00. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Several documents are furnished in conjunction with the meeting. Specifically, the:

- Board Member and Bylaws Ballots &
- Dues Invoice
Attached to this email, you will find the first two documents. The Dues Invoice will be sent separately.
The 2023 Annual Packet contains the agenda for the meeting and associated documents. Also included are two ballots. The first is for the election of two board members, and the second ballot asks for votes to amend Section 8 of the Bylaws. You can download, print, and mail the ballots.
