We will have a membership meeting TONIGHT on Thursday, 1/12/23 at 6pm via Zoom so that 3 of these projects can be presented to our membership. The Board felt that Zoom would be the most efficient and visual way to get the renderings and information to our membership and there will also be an opportunity to ask questions. We will have Stephanie Toothaker, Esq and her team present the projects that they are agents for along with some of the architects/development teams of the following , the details of which are shared in more detail at the end of this email:



  • "633 SE 3rd Ave"- this project is in our Downtown Fort Lauderdale Neighborhood boundaries on the south side of the river; 47 stories, 830 units, 951 parking spots, 12,798 sq ft of commercial space.


  • "101 SE 7th Ave"- this project is in our Downtown Fort Lauderdale Neighborhood boundaries on the south side of the river; 45 stories, 630 units, 713 parking spots, 5,682 sq ft of commercial space. Near Hardy Park.


  • "Nautica"-this project is just to the west of us in the adjacent Tarpon River Civic Association neighborhood at 400 SW 3rd Ave-along the River just east of the Raintree project. The Nautica project proposes a 50 story tower with 241 condos; a 39-story tower with rentals; a 32-story hotel with 155 rooms; a 90-slip marina; 16,700 sq ft of commercial space, 13150 sq ft restaurant, 4,600 sq ft cafe AND an associated parking reduction request in the Downtown RAC
