Dear Colleagues,
OMB recently released a memo, ordering a pause in grants, loans and other federal financial assistance effective 5:00 P.M. today. It is our understanding that grantees will not be able to access funds via E-LOCCS after that time.
If you are a grantee, you may wish to draw down any funds you are eligible for today before the funds are paused. We will keep you posted as more information becomes available.
