DECEMBER 2024

SUNDAY SCHOOL - Advent wreath-making has become a beloved tradition for our Christ Church families. I invite everyone to join us in the Parish Hall on Sunday, December 1, at 9:15 AM to kick off the 2024 Advent Season. The following Sundays, we will gather in the *Undercroft at 9:15 AM to learn more about the season of Advent. Lighting the candles of hope, peace, joy, and love with the corresponding Sunday will allow us to prepare our hearts for the coming of Christ!

MIDDLE SCHOOL EYC - Starting Monday, December 2, at 6:00 PM our middle school students will focus on the season of Advent. Through a series of lessons and games, we will gain appreciation for the anticipation and excitement of the Advent season. Drop off will be under the porte-cochère where you will be greeted by a volunteer.

MIDDLE SCHOOL EYC Christmas Party - The party will be held on Monday, December 16, at 6:00 PM in the *Undercroft. This year, we will do a white elephant gift exchange! Please bring a small gift for this activity and please do not exceed the $20 limit. If you are unable to purchase a gift or run out of time, fear not, I will have extras!!!

HIGH SCHOOL BIBLE STUDY - All 9th-12th grade students are invited to join us at Bagelheads (916 E Gregory St. Pensacola, FL) on Thursdays at 7:00 AM. Breakfast is payed for by Christ Church!

HIGH SCHOOL PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT - On December 10, at 5:00 PM, all high school students are invited to play in the Christ Church Pickleball Tournament! Bring a friend and sign up here to play! Please bring your own paddle. Pizza and drinks will be provided. The location is TBD so please join the GroupMe by clinking the link at the top.

JANUARY 2025

HIGH SCHOOL EYC - We will begin High School EYC on January 8, 2025 at 5:30 PM on Wednesday's at Ozone Pizza! The month of January we will focus on setting goals for the year and looking at what steps to take to attain those goals. Pizza will be payed for by Christ Church!

*How to get to the Undercroft: Enter through the main doors under the porte-cochère and the entrance will be the first door on your left!

A NOTE FROM MEGHAN: Thank you to all the parents and youth for making 2024 amazing! As this is was first year as a youth minister, I GREATLY appreciated your patience and kindness towards me. Thank you to all the parents who volunteered to bring dinner or reached out just to grab lunch:) You have no idea of the impact you have made on my life thus far. I truly feel like a part of the Christ Church family and I can't wait for 2025. Your kiddos are so gracious and welcoming which can only be a reflection of the fabulous parents that you are. Thank you again for your dedication to such a vital ministry for your children.
