Darla is the Secretary-Treasurer for ARPM. She has been with us for 33 years and oversees the Bookkeeping Department. Darla tracks all of the income and expenses for ARPM. This includes all internal budgeting, finances for the over 1500+ units that we manage, as well as the finances for the more than 200 owners for whom we are privileged to serve. Darla has been a lifelong resident of the State College area and is an active member in the Outdoor Sportsmen Club. Darla is a dog enthusiast, and donates to many causes that support animals.

Barry is the Facilities Manager for ARPM. He has been with us for 33 years and is in charge of the Maintenance Department. His duties include overseeing 16 full-time maintenance technicians and numerous vendors, who perform repairs in the units in our management portfolio, including 11 Homeowners Associations. He helps troubleshoot structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and code requirement issues that arise. He is a life-long resident of Centre County and enjoys antique cars and all outdoor activities including hunting and fishing.
