Santee Falcons SOAR! Principal's Update
February 01, 2020
Principal Ansley's Weekly Message
Dear Santee Family,

"School Counselor because super amazing, multi-tasking, life saving, miracle worker isn't an official title." Unknown

This week, we celebrate our amazing school counselors. School counselors not only work everyday to ensure that students are scheduled correctly so that they achieve their academic goals but they build relationships, they are there for our students emotionally as well as academically. They inspire and motivate our Falcons day in and day out. At times, they are the ones to ease parent worries and connect our students and families to much needed resources and counseling.

Despite all that our school counselors do for our school community, they are not always appreciated and celebrated the way that they should be. So please join me in thanking our school counselors. When you see them this week and really every week, let them know how much you appreciate all of their dedication and passion for our students well-being and success.

Working Together, All Santee Falcons Will Soar !

If anyone has any questions, please do not hesitate to call our main office or email Principal Susana Ansley-Gutierrez at susana.gutierrez@lausd.net.

Your copy should address 3 key questions: Who am I writing for? (Audience) Why should they care? (Benefit) What do I want them to do here? (Call-to-Action)

Create a great offer by adding words like "free" "personalized" "complimentary" or "customized." A sense of urgency often helps readers take an action, so think about inserting phrases like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining!"
