York Prep Is Heading to State!

High School Cheer Bus

In preparation for the State Championship game at USC Aiken Convocation Center on Saturday, March 5th, we are excited to be able to provide transportation to high school students that would like to go and cheer on our boys basketball team in their quest for the state championship.

• The bus will depart the high school parking lot at 11:00 am. Food can be purchased at the concessions at the game. The arrival time is for 6:00 pm or earlier. In the event that the arrival time changes, you will be notified by the best contact number that you entered on the field trip permission form.  
• Students will need to give a permission form to the high school front desk or email clifford.dantzler@yorkprepsc.org by Friday, March 4th by 2:00 pm. Permission Form:https://5il.co/16ite
• We have 50 seats available. This will be on a first come, first serve basis. Be sure to wear your YPA gear. The cost is $41. The cost includes the ticket and cost of transportation. The cost can be paid online or in-person at the Student Union. This must be paid by Friday, March 4th by 1:00 pm.
• There will be chaperones for this event and students will be supervised at all times. Students must be attentive to the chaperones for pertinent information. Students will adhere to the policies and procedures of the YPA Family handbook. All incidents in violation will be handled by the school as outlined in the handbook.
