Our summer internship is based around the promotion of our Women's Work Program.

Ideal characteristics of our summer interns:

• At least 16 years old
• Available at least 8 weeks between the end of May & end of August
• Ability to work an average of 15-20 hours per week
• Ability to work on the weekends to attend fairs

Another Perspective...

The majority of our families don’t have weatherproof houses.

• When it rains, things inside the homes get wet and have to be dried out.
• In the windy dessert, pieces of their home fall apart.
• During the summer months, the temperature reaches over 120 degrees Fahrenheit. It is impossible to say inside, even at night.
• During the winter months when temperatures reach the 30-40’s there is no heat.
